We offer affordable on-campus housing options, giving you the opportunity to stay close to the summit and
connect with fellow attendees.

subsidize or cover your travel, lodging, and registration.

How to Get to Boston
Boston is easily accessible from across IEEE Regions 1 and 2:
- Direct flights to Boston Logan International Airport (BOS)
- By Amtrak, MBTA Commuter Rail, and regional bus services
- By Car
Regardless of how you get to Boston, we recommend using the MBTA subway system (the "T") and commuter rail to get around. The subway connects downtown Boston with major neighborhoods, universities, and transportation hubs. Logan Airport is also connected to the city via the Silver Line and airport shuttle services. If you are coming by car, consider parking at your hotel or using park-and-ride garages near MBTA stations, as parking in downtown Boston can be limited and expensive.
