Registration

Registration for the 2026 IEEE Young Professionals Summit is available through IEEE vTools. Early-bird Registration, through July 15 Extended to July 17 at noon, is $150 per attendee and includes meals, merch, etc. Regular Registration between July 17 and July 27th is $200. Late Registration after July 27th is $300.

Due to contractual obligations, we will be unable to issue refunds of registration fees requested after July 27, 2026.

Travel Grants

A $300 2026 IEEE Regions 1 and 2 Young Professionals Travel Grant may be available to eligible IEEE Young Professionals leaders. Please contact Sam Stone or Alexis Gorgacz for more information.

Housing

We offer affordable on-campus housing options, giving you the opportunity to stay close to the summit and connect with fellow attendees.

• Rooms can be booked from Aug 4-Aug 12
• The booking site will be closed on Friday, July 31 at noon
• Room options
  • $100 per person per night for private bedroom, shared bathroom in a shared suite
  • $191 per person per night for private bedroom, private bathroom in a shared suite
